All Old Parts Gets shipped to the part supplier to keep the part prices low or recycled, we do not send old parts back to clients at any point, We do not provide any pictures, part number or any kind of trouble shooting manuals and etc, We do not sell any parts used or brand new we only do repair.
If the unit stays in our facility for more than 6 months with no response from client or prior notification from client the unit can be recycled or disposed, if the client refuses a repair and requests the unit to be retuned , we immediately email an invoice for the return shipping, if the invoice is not paid for 6 months same rules applies, if the camera is recoverable there will be fees to pay
